WHAT ARE TICKETS FOR?
Every Sunday, all your tickets enter automatically in the current draw where you can win up to $750. More tickets = more chances to win!
WHY DID MY TICKETS GO BACK TO ZERO?
During the draw on Sundays, your ticket balance is used to participate in it. Once it’s over, you start collecting tickets for the next draw again.
CAN I EXCHANGE TICKETS TO CASH?
At this moment, tickets are only used for our weekly draw and counted for the daily leaderboard.
HOW DO I WIN MONEY ON GAMEE?
You can win cash by competing on the daily ticket leaderboard, spinning the Wheel of Fortune for 7 days in a row, and joining lucky games where you can win direct cash several times a day. In addition, you can win money by participating in the Sunday’s contest, where you can get up to $750.
HOW DOES THE DAILY LEADERBOARD WORK?
Every 24h, players compete on the amount of tickets they earn. The more tickets you earn that day, the higher you rank and the bigger the cash and tickets rewards you can get.
HOW DO LUCKY GAMES WORK?
Get your lucky numbers to participate in the Lucky Games. When the timer ends, one lucky number is drawn. If you have it, you will get your cash prize directly onto your balance!
HOW DO I JOIN THE DAILY JACKPOT LOTTO?
Every 12 hours you can join the Jackpot Lotto where you can win up to $10,000! Choose your combination of numbers, and check how many matches you get once the lotto ends. The more matching numbers, the higher the cash prize you win!
WHEN CAN I WIHTDRAW?
Whenever you reach $10 on your Prizes’ account, you can withdraw it.
WHY IS MY REFERRAL LINK BLOCKED?
Facebook considers the Prizes’ referral link as spam. There’s not much we can do about it.
WHY IS MY PAYMENT REQUEST REMOVED?
You’ve probably been a bit naughty user inviting fake accounts and the system has automatically permabanned you. If you think this is a mistake DM us with your username.
WHY CAN’T I WIN TICKETS ANYMORE?
Same as above, the system has probably permabanned you. If you think this is a mistake DM us with your username.
WHO IS ANTONIO?
Antonio is your first Prizes’ friend, he’ll gift you tickets everyday
WHY DIDN’T I WIN THE CONTEST?
Our draw is completely random and not everybody can win. There are only a few winning tickets — more tickets you have = bigger chance to have the winning ticket but it does not mean that the user with the most tickets wins the contest.
HOW CAN I ADD FRIENDS TO MY TEAM?
Your friends have to register a NEW account via your referral link. You will be able to see them and get your rewards after they reach level 5 (and verify their email addresses).
HOW CAN I DELETE MY ACCOUNT?
Our admin can delete your account, just contact us.
I HAVE COMPLETED SPECIAL OFFER, BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED TICKETS, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Special offers are from different companies. They are telling the network provider if the task was completed or not. Unfortunately we can’t influence the process — sometimes you have to wait a few days or so, before the game sends the information to the special offer network provider.
HOW CAN I SIGN INTO MY TELEGRAM ACCOUNT VIA THE APPLICATION?
You can ask our bot to create a new password for your Telegram account, so you can login via our application or web. This feature is hidden under the last button in the bot’s menu.
CAN I EDIT MY PROFILE VIA TELEGRAM OR THE WEB?
You can edit your account via our Prizes’ application. Unfortunately you can’t edit your profile via the web (or Telegram).
