Hello! Welcome to our quarterly update, featuring the launch of Gold Fest, the evolution of the GAMEE Telegram experience, the Azuki Alley Escape finale, and becoming a publicly traded Web3 gaming company following the acquisition by AlphaTON Capital.

GAMEE Update | Q1/26

Executive Summary

Q1 2026 was a huge milestone in GAMEE history.

From the rollout of Gold Fest to closing out Season 1 of Azuki Alley Escape and continuing our journey toward becoming the first Web3 gaming company listed on Nasdaq, GAMEE has entered a new phase focused on real value, with gaming and community at the core.

Gold Fest | Play for Gold

At the end of March, GAMEE launched Gold Fest, giving our players the opportunity to play for the largest prize pool ever seen on Telegram.

Gold Fest, sponsored by Flashy and nGRND, is built around participation: the more you play, complete quests, and engage, the larger your share becomes.

Users play for their share of $500,000 in gold-backed tokens, bringing real-world value directly into gameplay and ensuring more players are rewarded for their efforts.

AlphaTON Capital Acquisition

On March 19th, AlphaTON Capital signed the deal to acquire 60% of GAMEE from Animoca Brands. This strategic agreement sets the path toward GAMEE becoming the first ever Web3 gaming company with assets on Nasdaq.

As part of this agreement, an open market purchase of $2M in $GMEE tokens is due to take place within 90 days following closing.

A New GAMEE Telegram Experience

Alongside Gold Fest, we rolled out a major update to the GAMEE Telegram app.

The app now features a cleaner, more immersive arcade-style interface, designed to make gameplay feel faster and easier to navigate.

At the center of this update is the Prize Board, a new mechanic where players spend energy to roll a die and move across an infinite board to unlock rewards.

Azuki Alley Escape | Season 1 Finale

Q1 also marked the conclusion of Season 1 of Azuki Alley Escape, an application made in collaboration with Azuki.

Following a breakout Q4, with over 25 million gameplays and exceptional engagement, the season wrapped up with the distribution of rewards, including $30,000 in Azuki prizes and a limited-edition Stickers collection.

The success of Azuki Alley Escape reinforced GAMEE’s ability to combine strong IP with Telegram-native gameplay to drive sustained player activity at scale.

Web3 Unchained | Leveling Up

Our X Spaces series Web3 Unchained, hosted by GAMEE Co-Founder Bozena Rezab, returned for a new season in Q1.

Building on strong engagement in previous episodes, the show expanded its scope to cover broader themes across Web3, AI, and the future of the internet, bringing in new perspectives, sharper discussions, and a growing audience.

What’s Coming in Q2 2026?

Gold Fest Finale | $500,000 Distributed

Gold Fest will conclude in Q2, with the full $500,000 digital gold reward pool distributed to players based on their participation.

As the event reaches its peak, it will mark one of the largest reward distributions ever seen in Telegram gaming.

But Gold Fest is only the beginning.

While the current event concludes in Q2, we are already exploring how this model evolves into something bigger, more persistent, and more deeply integrated into gameplay.

More soon.

Web3 Unchained | Fresh Format

Web3 Unchained continues in Q2 with an upgraded format, including live video streaming sessions, launching mid-April.

The show will expand further with higher-profile guests, deeper discussions, and continued prize giveaways, including Gold Points and $GMEE.

AlphaTON | $GMEE Buy Back

Following the previously announced agreement, open market activity involving $GMEE is expected in the coming months, further strengthening the token’s role within the GAMEE ecosystem.

AlphaTON Capital has pledged to purchase $2M in $GMEE from the open market within 90 days of closing.

AI Agents, and the Future of Play

As autonomous AI agents begin to reshape digital environments, GAMEE is exploring how these systems can intersect with gaming.

This includes agent-driven gameplay, competitive systems where agents interact and play alongside users, and new forms of experience design that blur the line between player and system.

Early concepts are already in development.

Q1 was about building the foundation for what comes next. With Gold Fest live, a redesigned platform, and new systems in place, GAMEE is entering a phase focused on innovation and real-world value.

As always, thank you for being part of the journey.
