Executive Summary

Q2 2026 marked another major step forward for GAMEE.

We completed our biggest Telegram event to date with Gold Fest Season 1, finalised our 60% acquisition by Alpha Compute Corp (formerly AlphaTON Capital), launched a brand new live show on X, and began development on a fresh gaming experience for the next season of Gold Fest. We also completely revamped the GAMEE website — be sure to take a look.

With an even bigger Gold Fest experience already on the horizon, GAMEE continues to focus on growing and rewarding our community, negotiating top-tier partnerships and creating innovative and enjoyable experiences for millions of users.

Gold Fest Season 1

Gold Fest Season 1 concluded in Q2, with players collecting their share of a $500,000 prize pool of gold-backed digital tokens ahead of the TGE forecast for Q3.

Gold Fest Season 1 In Numbers

👥 Total Players: 549k
📈 Avg. Daily Active Users: 170k
🌍 Countries Represented: 201
🎮 Games Played: 13.6M
📦 Boxes Opened: 26.9M
🎲 Dice Rolls: 163M

The event, sponsored by nGRND, attracted half a million players, making it one of the largest reward-driven campaigns ever held on Telegram. Built around participation rather than competition, Gold Fest rewarded players for playing games, completing quests, inviting friends, and staying active throughout the event.

Season 1 proved that there is strong demand for digital rewards backed by real-world assets, and we are thrilled, therefore, to be able to continue our work with nGRND and deliver the next season.

It wasn’t all just Gold Fest, though; the Q2 numbers were strong across the GAMEE Telegram ecosystem as a whole:

👥 Players: 647k
📈 Avg. Monthly Active Users: 489k
🎮 Games Played: 22.8M

Alpha Compute Acquisition Complete

During Q2, the acquisition of GAMEE by Alpha Compute Corp (Nasdaq: ALP) officially closed.

This milestone makes GAMEE the first Web3 gaming company with assets listed on Nasdaq, while opening the door to new opportunities for growth across gaming, AI, and digital ownership.

As previously announced, Alpha Compute has committed to purchasing $2 million worth of $GMEE from the open market within 90 days following closing.

Signal Zero | New Live Show

Q2 also saw the launch of Signal Zero, the evolution of our Web3 Unchained series.

Hosted by GAMEE Co-Founder Bozena Rezab, the show moved into a live video format featuring conversations with founders, creators, and builders exploring the future of technology, AI, gaming, and digital culture.

The first episodes welcomed outstanding guests — including Cambridge Analytica whistleblower and Alpha Compute CEO Brittany Kaiser — and marked the beginning of a new chapter for GAMEE’s long-form content.

What’s Coming in Q3 2026?

Gold Fest: The Game

Gold Fest returns in Q3, once again sponsored by nGRND.

Season 2 will feature an even bigger prize pool, with full details to be revealed soon. A custom-built mining game is in the final stages of development, and players can already get a head start by joining the Gold Fest app and collecting daily XP before the game launches and the new season begins.

$GMEE Buyback

Following the successful completion of the Alpha Capital acquisition in Q2, the previously announced $2 million open-market purchase of $GMEE remains an important upcoming milestone for the ecosystem.

The purchase is set to begin within 90 days of closing.

Great Gaming Collaborations

Following successful partnerships with the likes of Azuki, GAMEE continues to explore new collaborations that could bring globally recognised entertainment brands into Telegram gaming.

While discussions are still in the early stages, we’re excited by the opportunities ahead and hope to share more as projects take shape. More in-house games will also come in Q3 — follow our Telegram channel for announcements.

Q2 was about delivering on major milestones and completing one chapter of the GAMEE story. Q3 is about building on that momentum with bigger rewards, new partnerships, and even more ambitious experiences for our community.

As always, thank you for being here and supporting GAMEE.
