Q3 of 2025 was a defining quarter for GAMEE — marked by a bold announcement that GAMEE is on course to become the first ever Web3 gaming company listed on Nasdaq.
From AlphaTON Capital’s strategic move to purchase a controlling stake in GAMEE, to preparing for the mint of our first ever Telegram collectible, GAMEE continues to cement its role as a Web3 gaming leader on Telegram.
We also proudly took part in Token2049 in Singapore, one of the world’s premier Web3 gatherings, where our team met with partners, connected with builders, and represented our vision for the future of gaming on Telegram.
AlphaTON — A New Era
In September, AlphaTON Capital (Nasdaq: $ATON) — a Nasdaq-listed company and growing strategic force in the TON ecosystem — signed a Letter of Intent to acquire 51% of GAMEE. As part of the agreement, AlphaTON announced plans to purchase $3M in $GMEE and $1M in $WAT from the open market.
The news fueled momentum across the GAMEE ecosystem, reflecting renewed confidence from the community and investors alike.
This is a strong validation of our position as the go-to gaming platform on Telegram and the beginning of a new chapter where GAMEE will scale globally under a strengthened foundation, building upon our 119M registered users, 10B+ gameplay sessions, and 60M+ users on Telegram.

GAMEE Tribes Stickers — Celebrating Ten Years on Telegram
We’ve spent the past months developing GAMEE Tribes Stickers, a first-of-its-kind, on-chain NFT 2.0 collectible sticker pack that celebrates ten years of gaming culture on Telegram.
Each Tribes character (The Tapper, the Puzzler, the Chill Gamer, and the Arcade Hero) represents one of the four playstyles of the GAMEE community and has been brought to life with animated emotions.
